1. What you are buying

How They Met creates personalized, digitally delivered films and related creative assets from portraits, details, and scene choices supplied by you. The package, resolution, approximate runtime, included scene credits, raw clips, poster, cameo allowance, price, and taxes are shown before payment and form part of your order.

Generative media is probabilistic. The finished work may contain visual variation or imperfections and is an original personalized interpretation rather than a factual recreation or a guaranteed likeness in every frame.

2. Your authority and permitted use

You must be at least 18 and have permission to upload and use every portrait, name, story detail, and cameo you provide. You may use the delivered film privately at a wedding or other special occasion and share it with invited viewers. You may not impersonate, deceive, defame, harass, exploit, or create unlawful content, or submit a public figure or anyone who has not consented.

You keep ownership of the materials you provide. You give Olof Lindh Film AB a limited licence to store, process, transform, and share those materials with our service providers only as needed to create, deliver, support, secure, and improve the ordered production.

3. Production, delivery, and revisions

Production begins after successful payment. Delivery times are estimates because generation and media processing depend on third-party infrastructure and safety review. We will email the addresses provided when production starts and when the film is ready.

Replacement or additional scene credits are governed by the package shown at purchase. A credit is used when a new scene is submitted for generation. Saved credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between projects.

4. Immediate digital performance and withdrawal

At checkout you expressly request immediate production of personalized digital content and acknowledge that, once production begins, you lose any statutory withdrawal right that applies to unperformed digital content. This does not remove your legal rights if the service is faulty, not supplied, or not as agreed.

5. Price and payment

Prices shown to consumers include applicable tax unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe. You are responsible for providing complete billing and delivery information.

6. Service limits

We may reject or stop content that violates these terms, provider safety rules, or law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for losses caused by information you supplied incorrectly, unauthorized use of submitted materials, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. Consumers in Sweden may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), and EU consumers may use applicable national alternative-dispute-resolution bodies.

8. Changes

The terms accepted with an order remain the version governing that order. We may update these terms for future orders and will show a new effective date.
